Hampers, bodysuits, lingerie including bras and knickers are also exempt from return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Our in store returns policy is 7 days, whereby we will exchange or issue a store credit upon presentation of a receipt. Garments must be unworn, not personalised and in their original condition, with tags attached. Slippers must be unworn and in their original packaging. We will not accept slippers with sole markings or scratches. Store credits - Valid for 12 months from date of issue. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale merchandise unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
